Rustic Solid Reclaimed Wood Nightstand with Iron Frame
$47.99
This nightstand is constructed from solid reclaimed pine wood sourced from old barns and factory floors. The wood is cleaned, planed, and finished with a matte clear coat that preserves natural nail holes, cracks, saw marks, and color variations. Each piece is unique. The nightstand has a simple open cubby design with no drawers. Dimensions: 48 cm wide, 38 cm deep, and 60 cm high. The top panel is 3 cm thick and can support up to 25 kg. The single open compartment measures 42 cm wide, 34 cm deep, and 40 cm high. The nightstand is supported by a black powder-coated iron frame that wraps around the wood. The iron frame has four legs (each with an adjustable leveling foot) and a bottom crossbar for stability. The wood sits inside the frame and is not glued; it can be lifted out for cleaning. Assembly required: attach the iron legs to the frame using bolts (included), then place the reclaimed wood piece into the frame. No tools needed for the wood – just drop it in. The iron frame has rubber caps on the leveling feet to protect floors. The reclaimed wood may have a slight odor of aged wood initially, which dissipates within a few weeks. The finish is water-resistant but not waterproof; wipe spills immediately. Clean with a dry cloth or vacuum with a brush attachment. Do not use wood polish containing silicone as it may penetrate cracks. The iron frame can be wiped with a damp cloth and dried to prevent rust. The nightstand is intended for indoor use only. The open cubby is suitable for storing larger items such as baskets, blankets, or books. Because the wood is reclaimed, some edges may be slightly uneven or chipped – these are intentional character marks. The maximum load on the top includes heavy items like a stack of books or a large lamp. The adjustable leveling feet can compensate for uneven floors up to 1.5 cm. The product weight is 14 kg (wood is dense). The iron frame is not intended to be disassembled frequently; bolts may strip if over-tightened. Do not stand or climb on the nightstand. The wood may expand or contract slightly with humidity changes; the iron frame accommodates this movement. No electrical components are included. The natural cracks in the wood should not be filled; they are part of the aesthetic. For deeper cleaning of cracks, use compressed air.
